How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Please allow 8 to 16 business days for other international destinations. Delivery periods may be longer to destinations delayed by local COVID-19 backlog or restrictions.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are eligible for flat rate shipping. All additional items on the same order ship for free.

Canada (Expedited Parcel™): $7.65 USD
United States (Tracked Packet™ USA - Air): $9.95 USD
All Other Countries: Calculated at checkout

Which countries do you ship to?

Habana Heights offers shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and ALL other countries except Kosovo, Cuba, China, Brazil and Russia.

Incorrect Address

Shipping addresses can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties (Outside Canada and the USA)

All orders are shipped from our head office in Burlington, Canada. If you are an international customer outside of Canada or the USA, we do NOT charge you sales tax (VAT) on your purchase! You may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. Please refer to your local government website for more information regarding any customs or import duties you may be required to pay upon receiving your clothing order.

I did not receive my order.

If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email International delivery is dependant not only on Canadapost but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.

I received my order and would like a refund

If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in its original packaging with all tags and be unworn. Upon receiving your order back, we will issue a full refund of your order, excluding shipping charges. At your expense, you can send your package back to Habana Heights Clothing Co. PO Box 93165 Headon PO, Burlington, ON L7M 4A3 Canada. Packages sent to any other address will not be considered returned.

I received my order and would like to exchange for another size

If you have received your order and would like to exchange for another size, you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. Upon receiving your order back, we will happily resend out your new size. Please note, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please email us at before sending your package back for detailed instructions.

Unclaimed packages or returned packages

When you place an order and pay for shipping, this exactly covers our cost to ship your clothing to you. If you do not claim your package or for any reason it is returned to us, we are charged return shipping by the shipping company. If you choose to not have your order resent and instead request a refund, your original shipping charge will not be refunded AND an additional charge of $10 USD will be deducted from your refunded amount to cover some of the loss we have incurred on the return shipping.
